Torioki is the standard way to reserve tickets at Japanese live houses. You reserve through an artist or venue in advance, then pay at the door on show day by giving your name at the reception desk.
- Find a torioki offer on a show's page
- Choose an offer, enter the number of tickets and your name in katakana, and reserve
- You'll receive a confirmation once your reservation is made
- On show day, give your name at the venue's reception desk and pay for your tickets
- You must be signed in to make a reservation
- You can reserve multiple tickets in one reservation (for friends)
- You can cancel before the deadline (to change the quantity, cancel and re-reserve)
- View all your reservations on the "My Reservations" page
Torioki tickets are paid for at the venue on show day. No payment is collected through Live Tribe. The door price and drink charge shown on the show page are for reference only.
You can cancel anytime before the deadline. However, frequent no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in restrictions on future reservations. If your plans change, please cancel as early as possible.
To use torioki, a venue manager must set a torioki limit for the venue. Once set, artists on a show's lineup and venue members can create offers.
- Venues: Set the torioki limit on your venue's edit page. You can also override the limit per show.
- Artists: Create an offer from the show page for any show you're performing at. Set the price, capacity, and deadline.
- Reservation lists are only visible to the offer creator
