The seventh edition of Black Cadaverous brings another cross-section of experimental sound to Ochiai Soup. Sayaka Botanic and Nanao Kobayashi explore the intersection of violin, electronics and drums, while L?K?O x DJ MEMAI explore the outer edges of turntablism.
Visiting from Mexico, saxophonist Ernesto Del Puerto joins legendary drummer Shoji Hano, guitarist Cal Lyall and ex-Midori bassist Keigo Iwami in a quartet of ecstatic improvisation. Hi-Ray rounds out the night on DJ duties.
