Formed in late 2022, this quartet was created by Osaka-based guitarist Loui Yoshigaki in collaboration with musicians from Hokkaido. Drawing on rock, jazz, funk, experimental music, improvisational music, contemporary music, and world music, the group performs pieces that incorporate polyrhythms and irregular time signatures. In addition, they employ spontaneous arrangements—such as conducting and improvisational approaches—resulting in performances that evolve differently each time. Their activities extend both domestically and internationally, including not only performances within Hokkaido but also a live tour in the Kanto region; serving as the opening act for Hikashu’s Sapporo concert in July 2025; performing at the “Festival MIKULOVE” in the Czech Republic in August 2025; and touring throughout the Czech Republic. They plan to release their first album in 2026.
