Fronted by the internationally renowned koto virtuoso Michiyo Yagi, the koto quartet Talon comes to Shinjuku Pit Inn to celebrate the release of their long-awaited debut album “Izayoi.” Featuring Michiyo Yagi’s original compositions and boasting a unique sound that incorporates improvisation, traditional Japanese vocal music, and electronics, Michiyo Yagi Talon is forging a new future for traditional Japanese music.
