KeikoWalkerがかねてより温めてきたコンセプトと新しいバンド編成が、ついに正式始動しました。思い描いていたサウンドが、この4人でしか出せない音色となって結実した瞬間です。
全体をいつも支える、包み込むような絶対的な安心感を持つ齋藤ジョニー、圧倒的な技術とキレを持つバンジョーの桑原達也、そして昨年出会い「この音を完成させるには彼しかいない」と確信したベースの河邉真之介が参加。さらに、ジョニー、真之介、Keikoの3人の声が絶妙なバランスで重なり合い、同バンドのアイデンティティとなる素晴らしいハーモニーが生み出されました。
The concept that Keiko Walker has been nurturing for so long has finally come to life. The sound she had envisioned has truly materialized, perfectly crafted by these four musicians.
Johnny Saito's presence provides an absolute sense of security, holding the whole sound together. Tatsuya Kuwabara brings sharp, brilliant banjo skills, while bassist Shinnosuke Kawabe—whom Keiko met last year and instantly knew was the missing piece to complete this sound—rounds out the lineup.
Beyond the instrumentation, the harmonies between Johnny, Shinnosuke, and Keiko are simply magical. The way their three voices blend so perfectly marks the true birth of the band’s identity.
